  • Goo KANTEI Rating System

Goo KANTEI uses a Star-based system for clear understanding. With 5 star indicating the Best condition and 1 star being the least perfect condition. A summary rating on each area of inspection will be shown with this star rating system.

    Certificate (U-car Grading Report)

As provided above here in this article piece, the U-car Grading Report is an official certificate issued by the officials from Goo KANTEI – which is certified without any prejudices, influences along the process. All inspections and certificates being issued are, however, done in a strictly fair manner that goes according to the standards set by the Japanese Automotive Appraisal Association.

In this certificate, consumers will be able to learn from the unique star-ratings given that is marked at the Exterior/Interior tab. By following the common settings stipulated by the industry, each star does play a pivotal role on how the vehicle is guaranteed or rated in condition (on the given date). In theory, the more stars the vehicle has earned within the certificate, the higher quality it is. Consumers can even check the vital points of post-inspection from the Note of Conditions area.
